目的:观察红蓼植物各提取部位在体外对人体肿瘤细胞的作用。方法:利用MTT测定法观察从红蓼花、叶茎和果实中分别提取的石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、乙醇部位对肿瘤细胞的影响。结果:乙酸乙酯部位对人结肠癌Caco-2细胞的抑制率最大,并且随着用药浓度的增加,抗癌效果显著增强。结论:红蓼中提取的乙酸乙酯部位能有效的抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,其他部位在本实验条件下作用不显著。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of various extracts of red yeast on the human tumor cells in vitro. Methods: MTT assay was used to observe the effects of petroleum ether fraction, ethyl acetate fraction and ethanol fraction extracted from red hibiscus flower, leaf stem and fruit on tumor cells. RESULTS: The inhibition rate of ethyl acetate on human colon cancer Caco-2 cells was the highest, and with the increase of drug concentration, the anti-cancer effect was significantly enhanced. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate fraction extracted from red peony can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells, and other sites have no significant effect under the experimental conditions.
