为解决现有卷烟主流烟气气相成分分析方法的捕集效果较差、灵敏度和通量较低等问题,基于低温捕集和吸附剂捕集原理,设计了一种串联冷阱捕集装置。该装置由两个冷阱串联而成,其中一级冷阱为-21℃冰盐浴,二级冷阱为-78℃干冰/异丙醇体系,回旋管和XAD-2吸附管分别位于两级冷阱中。采用该装置对卷烟主流烟气气相成分进行了捕集,并结合气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)进行了检测。结果表明:1该捕集方法的抽吸流量图与标准抽吸流量图接近。2采用该方法可较完全地捕集卷烟主流烟气气相成分,能定性出134种成分。3方法的精密度较好,112个目标分析物的RSD在10%以下。4方法的工作曲线线性良好(R2>0.99),准确度高(回收率为80%~120%)。5参比卷烟1R5F和3R4F的测试结果与文献报道值较为相符。该方法适用于分析卷烟主流烟气中的气相成分。
In order to solve the problems of poor collection efficiency, low sensitivity and low flux in the mainstream flue gas composition analysis of the existing cigarette, a cold trap device is designed based on the principles of cryogenic capture and adsorbent capture. The device consists of two cold traps in series, one of the cold trap is -21 ℃ ice salt bath, the second cold trap is -78 ℃ dry ice / isopropanol system, the gyration tube and the XAD-2 adsorption tube are located in two Cold trap. The device was used to capture the smoke components of cigarette mainstream smoke, and detected by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC / MS). The results show that: 1 The suction flow chart of the capture method is close to the standard suction flow chart. 2 This method can be more completely capture the mainstream of cigarette smoke gas composition, to identify 134 kinds of ingredients. The precision of the 3 method is better, and the RSD of 112 target analytes is below 10%. The work curve of the 4 method has good linearity (R2> 0.99) and high accuracy (recovery of 80% ~ 120%). 5 The reference cigarettes 1R5F and 3R4F test results reported in the literature and more in line with the value. The method is suitable for analyzing the gas phase composition in mainstream cigarette smoke.
