本文用JP-2型示波极谱仪在乙二胺—洒石酸钾钠底液中，利用锌、铁、锰的极谱催化液同时测定连翘中锌、铁、锰的含量．通过对标准参考物质潞党参中锌、铁、锰的含量测定，结果表明本法测定结果准确，简便。连翘已被国家技术监督局批准为标准物质（GBWE090014）。
In this paper, the content of Zn, Fe and Mn in F. suspense was determined by a polarographic catalytic solution of zinc, iron and manganese in the ethylenediamine-tartrate potassium base solution using a JP-2 oscillopolarographic spectrometer. Through the determination of the contents of zinc, iron and manganese in the reference reference material Codonopsis pilosula, the results show that the method is accurate and simple. Forsythia has been approved by the National Technical Supervision Bureau as a standard substance (GBWE090014).
