本文介绍了激波风洞中模型表面压力分布测量工作中所碰到的有关技术问题。 文中用毛主席的《实践论》为指号,以我们实际工作中所碰到的问题为线索,以通俗的形式重点介绍了压电式压力传感器如何提高灵敏度和抗干扰的能力,制造中的有关技术,以及所配用的小型放大线路和传感器的标定技术,并给出了实验结果。文末对传感器的测量误差进行了分析和估计,并指出了进一步改进的问题。
This paper introduces the technical problems encountered in the measurement of the surface pressure distribution in the shock tunnel. In this paper, Chairman Mao’s “Theory of Practice” as a symbol, with our practical work encountered problems as a clue, in a popular form of emphasis on the piezoelectric pressure sensor how to improve the sensitivity and anti-interference ability, manufacturing Relevant technology, as well as equipped with a small amplification circuit and sensor calibration technology, and gives the experimental results. At the end of the paper, the measurement error of the sensor is analyzed and estimated, and the problem of further improvement is pointed out.
