目的:检测粘蛋白MUC1及其同种型MUC1/Y在膀胱癌和膀胱良性病变表达,探讨其在膀胱癌诊断和免疫治疗中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法和高清晰度彩色医学图文分析系统,对48例膀胱癌组织、45例腺性膀胱炎组织和10例正常膀胱组织(对照组)粘蛋白MUC1及其同种型MUC1/Y的表达,进行检测分析。结果:MUC1在膀胱癌组织、腺性膀胱炎组织中的平均灰度均显著低于正常膀胱组织(P<0.001);MUC1/Y仅在膀胱癌中有表达。结论:MUC1、MUC1/Y作为一种新型的肿瘤标志物,它们在膀胱癌组织的高表达及分布特点,可为膀胱癌诊断和免疫治疗提供实验基础。
Objective: To detect the expression of mucin MUC1 and its isoform MUC1 / Y in bladder cancer and benign bladder lesions, and to explore its significance in the diagnosis and immunotherapy of bladder cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method and high-resolution color medical image analysis system were used to detect the expression of mucin MUC1 in 48 cases of bladder cancer, 45 cases of cystitis glandularis and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue (control group) Type MUC1 / Y expression, detection analysis. Results: The mean gray level of MUC1 in bladder cancer and cystitis glandula was significantly lower than that in normal bladder tissue (P <0.001). MUC1 / Y was only expressed in bladder cancer. Conclusions: MUC1 and MUC1 / Y, as a new type of tumor marker, have high expression and distribution in bladder cancer tissues and may provide experimental basis for diagnosis and immunotherapy of bladder cancer.
