人才资源是实现区域发展战略目标的基本保障。人才战略是区域发展战略的关键和重要支撑。面对新形势、新任务,特别是全球性金融危机情况下,我们必须按照因应时势、突出重点、分类指导、统筹兼顾的原则,把握规律,拓宽思路,既强力推进又扎扎实实地做好人才队伍建设的各项工作。 Talent resources are the basic guarantee for achieving the strategic goal of regional development.
