中学体育教学并非小学体育教学的纯玩,也并非大学体育的分科,而对一个中学生进行专门的体育锻炼也不现实,这种尴尬的局面使得中学体育教学中一些非常核心的项目没有办法展开,许多体育教师尽管在各个领域中都非常精深,但是面对学生也往往感觉到无可奈何,再加上中学阶段对文化课的要求非常高,学生也不可能把大部分的时间用来进行体育活动。那么中学体育教学适应学生的发展,就必须要选择一项群众基础强而且没有过多的要求的科目,还能够起着放松身心和陶冶情操的作用。
Physical education in middle school is not the pure play of primary physical education, nor is it a branch of college physical education. Although many physical education teachers are very sophisticated in all fields, they often feel helpless in the face of students.
