一、叶轮的开裂情况 1965年4月30日,我厂第六台31—25—2型汽轮机第十级叶轮在第五次大修后进行危急遮断器超速跳闸试验时,突然发生飞裂。有两大块叶轮碎块打破汽缸飞出,其余小碎块及碎片留在汽缸中。拼揍后的叶轮残体如图1所示。从此以后,类似的最后几级轴向键槽的叶轮相继发生开裂。截止80年6月我厂生产的汽轮机上已飞裂及开裂的叶轮总数达25个,加上国内电厂已开裂的叶轮(有苏联汽轮机上6个叶轮及英国汽轮机上1个叶轮)共计已飞裂及开裂的叶轮总数达32个。如附表1所示。
