以贝雷法为基础,采用AC-16型正交级配进行了粗细集料的多级填充试验,观测和分析了逐级填充对上级集料骨架形成特性的影响,验证了粗细集料划分原则的合理性,指出了不同填充段对混合集料骨架特性影响的差异程度,并根据捣实状态下混合矿料空隙率的变化曲线回归公式,找出了各相邻粒径集料间的界限填充比例,为级配设计的骨架密实情况检验提供了重要参考依据。
Based on the Bere method, the multi-stage filling experiment of coarse and fine aggregates was carried out by using the AC-16 orthogonal gradation. The influence of gradual filling on the forming characteristics of the upper aggregate skeleton was observed and analyzed. The rationality of the principle is pointed out, and the difference of the influence of different filling sections on the characteristics of the mixed aggregates skeleton is pointed out. According to the regression formula of the variation curve of the void fraction of the mixed mineral under the tamping condition, Boundary fill ratio, grading for the design of the skeleton density test provides an important reference.
