针对中航工业成都飞机工业集团有限责任公司在战机研制中面临的各种复杂样板的检定问题,利用万能工具显微镜作为平台,提出了一种新的校准方法,研发了一套数字化影像测量系统。该方法弥补了传统影像测量的不足,提高了复杂样板的测量准确度及测量效率,解决了公司微小样板的校准问题。
Aiming at the problem of verification of various complex samples faced by AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group Co., Ltd. in the development of fighter aircraft, this paper proposes a new calibration method using a universal tool microscope as a platform and develops a digital image measurement system. The method makes up for the lack of traditional image measurement, improves the measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency of complex templates, and solves the calibration problem of the company’s tiny templates.
