目的:观察不同剂量加味丹参饮预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠hs-CRP表达的影响。方法:将60只SD实验大鼠随机分为5组:即假手术组,模型组,加味丹参饮低、中、高剂量组。各组连续灌胃给药7d,对除假手术组的其余组大鼠行I/R模型制备。观察各组大鼠心肌酶、hs-CRP的变化。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组中可见大量hs-CRP表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,加味丹参饮中、高剂量组hs-CRP表达明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高剂量组虽较中剂量组有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);加味丹参饮低剂量组与模型组hs-CRP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味丹参饮预处理可以通过减少hs-CRP的表达而减轻缺血再灌注损伤,保护心肌,且存在剂量关系。
Objective: To observe the effects of different doses of Modified Salvia Decoction preconditioning on the expression of hs-CRP in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham operation group, model group, plus Danshen low, medium and high dose group. The rats in each group were given intragastric administration for 7 days, and the rats in the other groups except for the sham-operated group were given I / R model preparation. The changes of myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP in each group were observed. Results: Compared with the sham operation group, a large number of hs-CRP expression was found in the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); Compared with the model group, the hs-CRP expression in the middle and high dose Danshen Decoction group was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The high-dose group was lower than the middle-dose group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); Compared with the model group, the hs-CRP of the low dose Danshenyin group had no significant difference Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Modified Danshen Decoction preconditioning can reduce ischemia-reperfusion injury and protect myocardium by reducing the expression of hs-CRP, and there is dose relationship.
