目的对金铁锁的适生区进行预测分析,为其资源持续利用和按中药材生产质量管理规范(GAP)规范化种植提供依据。方法基于CLIMEX生态软件,进行数据汇编处理,以地理、气候等因素为指标预测适生区。结果金铁锁除现有分布区外,甘肃(玉门、兰州)为金铁锁新最有可能的新适生区。结论在选择GAP基地时,除了现有分布区外,还应考虑适生区,选择红壤地区的山坡、草丛等环境进行GAP基地建设。
Objective To predict and analyze the suitable area of Jin Tie Tie Lock to provide the basis for the sustainable utilization of resources and the standardized cultivation according to the GAP standard. Methods Based on CLIMEX ecological software, the data were compiled and the suitable regions were predicted by the factors of geography and climate. As a result, Gansu (Yumen, Lanzhou) was the most likely new habitat area for the gold-iron locks except the existing distribution area. Conclusion In selecting the GAP base, in addition to the existing distribution area, we should also consider the suitable area for the selection of GAP base in hillsides, grasslands and other environments in the red soil area.
