目前,我国广告经营者侵害消费者权益的行为日趋严重,究其原因,主要有市场规制法和广告经营者两个层面,而后者是根本和内在原因。通过分析我国现行法律法规对广告消费者权益保护的规制现状和广告经营者侵害消费者权益行为的存在原因,本文在参考国外的立法及理论经验的基础上,对我国广告市场规制法律制度的完善提出一些自己的建议。
