目的 探讨吸烟与体脂的关系。方法 1 999年从武汉市 1 1个城区的初一年级的学生中运用分层整群抽样的方法抽出 2 0 0 4名学生 ,用美国生产的ELGII型测试仪对每个调查对象进行生物电阻抗 (BIA)的测量 ,再用BIO -Analogics软件将BIA转换成体脂百分比 ,作为测量体脂的指标。同时对他们进行吸烟行为调查 ,根据学生报告过去 30d的吸烟量作为吸烟的测量指标。采用单因素的t检验和多因素回归模型进行统计处理。结果 在男生中 ,吸烟天数与体脂百分比呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5) ,而女生吸烟天数与体脂百分比无统计学关联(P >0 .0 5) ;无论男生还是女生 ,吸烟量与体脂百分比未表现出明显的相关关系 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 吸烟对青少年体脂发育有一定的影响
Objective To explore the relationship between smoking and body fat. Methods In 1999, stratified cluster sampling was taken out of the first-year students in 11 districts in Wuhan. Two hundred and seventy-four students were drawn out, and each subject was tested for bioelectrical resistance using the ELGII tester manufactured in the United States (BIA) measurements, and BIO-Analogics software was used to convert BIA to body fat percentage as an indicator of body fat. At the same time they conducted a survey of smoking behavior, according to the students reported the amount of smoking in the past 30d as a measure of smoking. One-way t-test and multivariate regression model were used for statistical analysis. Results There was a negative correlation between smoking days and the percentage of body fat in boys (P <0.05), but no correlation was found between smoking days and percentage of body fat in girls (P> 0.05). Both boys and girls, smoking There was no significant correlation between the amount and body fat percentage (P> 0.05). Conclusion Smoking has a certain impact on body fat development in adolescents
