The microstructure of Ti50Cu50-xCox (x≤25at%) alloy with diameter of 2 mm prepared by Cu die-suction method was studied by X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the substitution of β stabilizing element Co for Cu in the alloy has a significant effect on the microstructure of the alloy: a small amount of Co (2 at%) can form micro-scale β-Ti (CuCo) branches in the alloy nano / ultrafine matrix With the increase of Co content, the content of matrix in the alloy decreases and the dendrite increases. Thus, a series of dual-mode structure with micro-scale β-Ti (Cu, Co) + nano / Titanium alloy.
