磁场对金属的摩擦学行为有多种影响,大量研究表明,在金属摩擦副接触面间加一适当的直流或交流磁场或预先将其磁化,均可明显提高其耐磨性。通过加磁场的摩擦磨损研究,可开辟一条新的防磨减摩途径。本文综述磁场影响磨损的研究方法、结果,对机制的分析及应用前景。
The magnetic field has a variety of effects on the tribological behavior of metals, a large number of studies have shown that the friction between the metal contact surface plus a suitable DC or AC magnetic field or pre-magnetization can significantly improve its wear resistance. By adding magnetic field friction and wear research, can open up a new anti-wear anti-friction approach. This article summarizes the research methods, the results, the mechanism analysis and the application prospects of the magnetic field wear.
