近年来,随着工程建设的不断发展,相关咨询行业也有了较大的进步。通过可行性研究、项目管理和投资风险等工程咨询,工程建设能够在完整的计划方案中施工。由于工程咨询涉及到的管理项目较多,其内部财务管理经常出现较多的问题,没有与工程项目进行较好的衔接,影响了项目咨询工作的顺利展开。文章对具体的咨询项目与相关的财务管理作出了分析,并提出了进一步加强的建议。
In recent years, with the continuous development of engineering construction, the consulting industry has also made great progress. Through feasibility studies, project management and investment risk engineering consultation, construction can be completed in the full program plan. Due to the large number of management projects involved in engineering consulting, the internal financial management often has more problems and there is no better connection with the project, which has affected the smooth development of the project consulting work. The article analyzes the specific consulting projects and related financial management and puts forward suggestions for further strengthening.
