资料与方法2003年1月～2007年5月我院收治慢性乙型肝炎患者166例。病例选择标准:血清HBeAg、HB-sAg、HBV-DNA持续阳性6个月以上,血清ALT高于正常2倍以上,除外合并失代偿性肝硬化,除外其他肝炎病毒感染及其他严重并发症,近6个月内未进行任何抗病毒治疗,年龄在15岁以上,性别不限。
Materials and Methods January 2003 ~ May 2007 in our hospital admitted to patients with chronic hepatitis B 166 cases. Case selection criteria: serum HBeAg, HB-sAg, HBV-DNA persistently positive for more than 6 months, serum ALT higher than normal 2 times, except with decompensated cirrhosis, with the exception of other hepatitis virus infection and other serious complications, Nearly 6 months without any antiviral therapy, age 15 and above, gender is not limited.
