十一届三中全会以来,国企党建工作逐渐深入,取得了显著成就。但是,新世纪新阶段的阶段性特征也给国企党建工作带来严峻挑战,如企业文化和党建文化部分脱节、职工利益需求得不到有效保障、腐败现象多发易发等。有鉴于此,须以科学发展观引领国企党建工作创新,牢固树立以人为本理念,进一步加强国企反腐倡廉建设,实现国有企业持续快速发展。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the party building in state-owned enterprises has gradually deepened and made remarkable achievements. However, the phased characteristics of the new phase in the new century also pose severe challenges to the party-state construction in state-owned enterprises. For example, the corporate culture and party-building culture are partially disconnected, the interests and needs of employees are not effectively protected, and corruption is more and more likely to occur. In view of this, it is necessary to lead the innovation in party-building work of state-owned enterprises with the concept of scientific development, firmly establish the people-oriented concept, further strengthen the building of a state-owned enterprise in combating corruption and building a clean government, and achieve sustained and rapid development of state-owned enterprises.
