1951—1985年,在只接触游离二氧化矽的石英磨粉厂116名职工中共查出矽肺及矽肺结核92例。一例Ⅱ期矽肺于1980年82岁时发现肺癌,该例有五十多年的吸烟史。92例中,5例的肺脏组织学检查未见癌变。 近几年来,上海是我国大城市中肺癌标化死亡比最高者。我院职业病房内的矽肺患者,1975年后开始发现肺癌,迄1983年,189例中有7例肺癌,52~70岁,都有长期吸烟史。除1例是含砷的铜矿风钻工外,6例铸工,车间空气中含有大量苯并芘;胸片中6例是中央型,1例肺泡癌,未见与矽肺纤维化有关的瘢痕癌征象。他们的肺癌很可能与长期吸入车间内的致癌物质、吸烟、老年、上海市肺癌高发有关。
In 1951-1985, a total of 116 workers in quartz mills only exposed to free silica were found in 92 cases of silicosis and silicosis. A case of stage II silicosis was discovered at the age of 82 in 1980, when lung cancer was detected, with a history of more than 50 years of smoking. In 92 cases, no pathological changes were found in 5 cases of lung histological examination. In recent years, Shanghai is the highest death rate of lung cancer in China’s major cities. In our hospital ward silicosis patients began to find lung cancer after 1975, as of 1983, 189 cases in 7 cases of lung cancer, 52 to 70 years old, have a long history of smoking. Their lung cancer is likely related to long-term inhalation of carcinogens in the workshop, smoking, the elderly, and high incidence of lung cancer in Shanghai.
