钢筋位移是剪力墙施工的常见质量通病。它主要表现在钢筋保护层过厚或过薄,甚至出现露筋现象;墙板双排钢筋间距过大或过小,甚至变成一排钢筋:也由于钢筋在每层楼面处间距不准确、偏位,造成上层钢筋施工困难等。针对以上缺陷,我们在施工中采取了一些行之有效的措施,取得了良好的效果。现将具体作法介绍如下。1.按常规作法,钢筋保护层一般可采用水泥砂浆垫块。垫块的厚度要符合图纸要求,垫块应绑扎在双向钢筋网的外皮钢筋上。
