在0.36mol/LHCl介质中,有十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)存在下,Zr(Ⅵ)与槲皮素(Qu)和8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H2QS)形成四元荧光络合物。其组成比为nZr:nQu:nH2QS:nSDS=1:1:2:1。激发与发射波长λex=450nm和λem=500nm时,体系荧光强度最大。线性范围为0~24mgZr/L,检出限为56μg/L。方法用于岩石中微量锆的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), Zr (¢ ö) and quercetin (Qu) and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid Element fluorescent complex. The composition ratio is nZr: nQu: nH2QS: nSDS = 1: 1: 2: 1. When excitation and emission wavelength λex = 450nm and λem = 500nm, the fluorescence intensity of the system is the highest. The linear range was 0 ~ 24mgZr / L, the detection limit was 56μg / L. The method is applied to the determination of trace zirconium in rock with satisfactory results.
