根据无人驾驶飞行器的使用需求,设计了一种针对通用航空和无人机常用的ROTAX系列活塞式发动机的转速测量传感器,能够在线采集转速信号,并通过数字接口实时传输至地面,使操作人员能够准确掌握发动机工作状况。该传感器包括信号调理电路和采集处理电路2部分,通过Multisim仿真软件论证其电路的合理性,并分析了系统的误差范围。在某型号飞艇的飞行试验中,该转速传感器测量误差较小、工作稳定、抗干扰能力强,满足飞行控制使用的要求。由于它安装方便,而且输出接口为常用的数字信号,成本较低,可以在使用活塞式发动机的无人驾驶飞行器上普遍适用。
