为实现大尺寸铝合金车轮整体挤压成形,利用空心坯料省力成形和无余料分流降载措施降低了工件成形载荷,用镦粗预制坯和去除不变形区铸造组织技术提高工件的组织均匀性。综合考虑尺寸、载荷、性能,制定了大尺寸铝合金车轮的整体挤压成形工艺。在此基础上设计、制造相应的成形模具,完成车轮的试制,验证了工艺的可靠性,为类似工件的成形提供工艺参考。
In order to realize the overall extrusion molding of the large-size aluminum alloy wheel, the forming load of the hollow billet is reduced with the effortless shaping and no-load diversion and the forming load of the workpiece is reduced.
