目的 通过本试验为煤尘肺的发病机理研究、治疗提供无损伤的大白兔煤尘肺动物模型。方法采用气管插管向大白兔气管内注入直径≤ 5 μm的煤尘 ,分别在 1,3,6个月处死大白兔 ,常规切片HE染色 ,光镜观察 ,X射线摄片。结果 染尘大白兔全肺呈灰褐色 ,多处出现点状和片状黑色尘斑 ,肺间质内有大量煤尘颗粒 ,成纤维细胞增生 ,X射线摄片证实两肺存在不规则小阴影或片状融合阴影及类圆形阴影等。结论 本方法简便、安全、无损伤 ,模型制备成功率高 ,为煤尘肺的研究和治疗提供了行之有效合理的动物模型
Objective Through this study for the pathogenesis of coal pneumoconiosis, treatment of rabbits to provide dust-free animal model of dust pneumoconiosis. Methods Intratracheal intratracheal intratracheal intratracheal intratracheal instillation of coal dust ≤ 5 μm in diameter, respectively, 1, 3, 6 months after the rabbits were killed, routine sections HE staining, light microscopy, X-ray radiography. Results Dye-exposed rabbits showed gray-brown color in their whole lungs, spots and patches of black dust spots appeared in many places, and a large amount of coal dust particles and fibroblasts proliferated in interstitial lungs. X-ray radiographs showed irregular small shadows in both lungs Or patchy fusion shadows and round shadows. Conclusion The method is simple, safe, non-destructive, and has a high success rate of model preparation and provides an effective animal model for research and treatment of coal dust pneumoconiosis
