在现代智能电网技术框架下,电压暂降监测装置的最优布点是电能质量监测终端研究中的重要方向。基于监测装置位置向量及其监测区域矩阵,对监测装置的安装位置与监测范围进行描述;考虑监测装置布点的具体要求,构建其最优布点数学模型,提出与模型相适应的0-1整数规划方法;以IEEE-30电网为例,对全网电压暂降监测装置的布点进行优化,分析了所提方法的正确性及有效性。
In the framework of modern smart grid technology, the optimal placement of voltage sag monitoring devices is an important direction in the study of power quality monitoring terminals. Based on the vector of monitoring device position and the matrix of its monitoring area, the installation location and monitoring range of monitoring device are described.
