目的:观察苦参蛇床汤联合外用硝酸咪康唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效及安全性。方法:选择我院收治的105例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=53)与对照组(n=52)。对照组外用硝酸咪康唑进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用苦参蛇床汤,观察并记录两组治疗前后的外阴烧灼、白带增多、阴道瘙痒等症状(应用VAS评分量表进行评价),比较两组治疗有效率、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前两组各症状评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均降低,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组外阴烧灼、白带增多、阴道瘙痒等症状评分均低于对照组,提示观察组症状改善情况更佳。观察组治疗有效率为98.1%,高于对照组80.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.4%,对照组为9.6%,差异的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苦参蛇床汤联合外用硝酸咪康唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎具有较佳疗效与较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of Sophora Hook soup combined with topical miconazole nitrate in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods: A total of 105 cases of mycotic vaginitis admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects. The random number table was divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 52). The control group was externally treated with miconazole nitrate. The observation group was treated with kushen snake bed soup on the basis of the control group. The symptoms of vulva cauterization, vaginal discharge and vaginal itching were observed and recorded before and after treatment (VAS score scale Evaluation), compared the two groups of treatment efficiency, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the scores of both groups were decreased, with significant difference before and after treatment (P <0.05). At the same time, the vulva cauterization, leucorrhea increased, Vaginal itching and other symptoms were lower than the control group, suggesting that the observation group to improve the symptoms better. The observation group treatment efficiency was 98.1%, higher than the control group 80.8%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.4%, while that in the control group was 9.6%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Oxymatrine decoction combined with external use of miconazole nitrate treatment of fungal vaginitis has better efficacy and higher safety, worthy of clinical application.
