待客时的寒暄,是接待人员在提供服务时与客人交流的口头语言,适当得体的寒暄方式会在服务人员和客人间营造一种十分愉快融洽的气氛。日本是个崇尚礼仪的国家,对寒暄搭讪的说法更为认真严谨。准确恰当的日语表述不仅能表达出接待人员的服务热情,也能给客人带来舒心愉悦的感觉。小小的一句寒暄话,有时担负着“一言兴店,一言亡店”的重要作用。本文借助若干寒暄搭讪的实例,简单阐述服务行业中有关寒暄搭讪的正确说法以及基本技巧。
The greetings during the reception are the spoken language used by the reception staff to communicate with the guests during the service. Appropriate greeting means to create a very pleasant and harmonious atmosphere between the service staff and the guests. Japan is a country that advocates etiquette and is more serious about saying greetings. Accurate and appropriate Japanese expressions can not only express the enthusiasm of the hospitality staff, but also give the guests a pleasant feeling.
