对AZ31B镁合金分别进行了三种压下量、三种速度、三种加热温度的轧制,分别观察了轧后的显微组织。采用SEM-EDX对MgZn_2相和孪晶相进行了能谱分析,分析了边部裂纹的产生机理。
The AZ31B magnesium alloys were respectively subjected to three kinds of reduction, three kinds of speeds and three kinds of heating temperatures, and the microstructures after rolling were respectively observed. The energy spectrum of MgZn 2 phase and twin phase was analyzed by SEM-EDX, and the generation mechanism of the edge cracks was analyzed.
