废金属分选机利用接近传感器对混合物料中的金属物料进行检测,因此接近传感器的性能是影响分选效果的重要因素。灵敏度和线性范围是评价接近传感器性能的主要指标,为研究工艺参数对传感器性能的影响规律,提出了传感器线圈感抗和其变化率关于检测物料导电率的关系函数,并用该函数来评价传感器的性能。通过有限元分析方法得到不同参数下的函数曲线,得出检测距离越小,线圈外径或内径越大,线圈厚度越小,传感器性能越好的结论。为提高传感器的性能提供参考。
