随着素质教育的全面实施,财会专业教学也越来越注重教学质量。财会专业如何才能适应社会的发展,这是财会专业教师和领导要考虑的问题。其中最重要的是建立评价系统,对学生的能力进行详细评价,并根据评价的内容,对学生进行指导。其中,评价的内容必须要多层次进行。本文主要对财务专业学生的能力进行评价,并针对多元化评价提出几点合理的建议。
With the full implementation of quality education, accounting professional teaching more and more emphasis on teaching quality. How can finance and accounting professionals adapt to the development of society? This is a question to be considered by accounting teachers and leaders. The most important of these is the establishment of an evaluation system that gives a detailed assessment of a student’s ability and guides the student based on the content of the assessment. Among them, the content of the evaluation must be carried out at multiple levels. This article mainly evaluates the ability of students majoring in finance and makes some reasonable suggestions for diversified evaluation.
