针对完全采用石灰岩铺筑的高抗滑排水沥青路面试验段的表面功能特性开展试验研究。采用摆式摩擦仪、铺砂法以及旋转摩擦系数测试仪DFT测试了排水路面大空隙表面结构的BPN值、构造深度TD以及旋转摩擦系数值。试验结果表明:大空隙结构的排水沥青路面表面BPN值与构造深度存在良好的相关性,在低速状态下测试大空隙结构路表结构的BPN与构造深度TD存在峰值;从摆值测试原理出发阐述了其局限性,对于大空隙表面构造需对现行试验标准进行调整;旋转摩擦系数代表了高速状态下的表面抗滑性能,其单点相关性较高,能很好的反映排水沥青路面的抗滑性能。
Aiming at the surface functional properties of the fully anti-slip and paved asphalt pavement with high anti-slip and drained asphalt pavement, the experimental study was carried out. The pendulum friction tester, sand tester and rotating friction coefficient tester (DFT) were used to test the BPN value, the depth of construction TD and the rotational friction coefficient of the large clearance surface structure of drainage pavement. The test results show that there is a good correlation between the BPN value of the surface of drainage asphalt pavement with the structure depth and the peak value of BPN and structure depth TD of the pavement structure with large clearance structure under low speed conditions. The limitation of this method is that it is necessary to adjust the current test standards for the construction of large void surface. The coefficient of rotation friction represents the surface skid resistance at high speed, and the single point correlation is high, which can well reflect the resistance of the drainage asphalt pavement Slip performance.
