分析了轧环机轧辊尺寸对咬入、锻透、环件刚性、环件最大初始壁厚及设备能力的影响。在综合考虑各种因素的基础上，提出了轧环机轧辊设计准则，这对于环件轧制工艺设计有指导意义。 The influences of roll size of rolling ring machine on biting in, forging penetration, rigidity of ring, maximum initial wall thickness of ring and equipment capacity were analyzed. On the basis of considering all kinds of factors synthetically, the design rule of rolling ring roller is put forward, which has guiding significance for the design of ring rolling process.
