针对现有转炉耳轴轴承改造剖分结构时所受安装空间限制的问题,设计了一种不改变轴承内外径尺寸的新型剖分结构轴承,使原剖分设计的方法和限制得到了解决,对现有转炉耳轴轴承选用整体式结构改造提供了可行和实用的方案。
Aiming at the problem of space limitations of the existing converter trunnion bearings in the reconstruction of split structure, a new split-structure bearing which does not change the inner and outer diameter of the bearing is designed, and the methods and limitations of the original split design are solved. The existing converter trunnion bearings used in the overall structural transformation provides a viable and practical program.
