“内脚外吊”是土建脚手架施工的一种新工艺。砌筑采用内脚手架,外装施工采用吊栏,合在一起称为“内脚外吊”。通过我公司在扶余地区油田十一中学楼、通讯楼、化南区点式楼和前郭地区油田一高中电教楼的推广使用,证明了“内脚外吊”是土建施工中一项成熟的、完整的、具有广泛推广使用价值的脚手架施工新工艺。一、构成“内脚外吊”的主要器件和铁马凳的制做构成本工艺的主要器件有:2~6m长φ48×3.5钢管脚手杆、扣件、跳板、铁马凳、手板葫芦和安全网等。其中铁马凳的制做,见图1。它对本脚手架工艺的简化至关重要。
