儿童天堂总经理王望是本次年会的第一位主讲嘉宾,他首先介绍了经营儿童天堂6年来的心得体会。在王望看来,要打造好企业文化,就需要树立企业的目标,坚定企业的使命,达成企业的愿景。在重庆儿童摄影市场上,有儿童天堂和安琪尔两大摄影品牌,两家企业能够跳出价格战的恶性竞争,一起做外展,共同做大儿童摄影这块市场,从而形成良性的竞争格局,无疑是值得同行学习的。对于大家都在关心和探讨的商业摄影标准化建设的问题,王望潜心研究了两年。他从日本照相机企业的简单化思维中,从韩国泡菜申请世界非物质文化遗产的过程中,从麦当劳、肯德基产品的稳定性中,甚至从泡面的简单操作过程中受到启发。他积极探索的精神,无疑为儿童摄影的标准化建设提供了思路,也使他在今年的年会上获得了“2009年儿童摄影行业最具影响力人物”的荣誉,而他领导的儿童天堂还在今年的年会上获得了“全国十佳儿童影楼”的光荣称号。
