开发更大容量、更高压力和温度参数的机组,以进一步提高机组的经济性,降低机组单位造价,获得良好的性价比是超超临界机组发展的方向。探讨了1 200 MW超超临界参数锅炉的炉型选择、容量及参数确定,并针对其设计过程中的大容量断面的选取、高参数引起材料变化问题进行了研究分析。结果表明:对于1 200 MW的塔式锅炉,设计和制造技术均是成熟、可靠的。
To develop units with larger capacity, higher pressure and temperature parameters to further improve unit economy and reduce unit cost, a good price / performance ratio is the direction for the development of ultra-supercritical units. The selection of furnace type, capacity and parameters of 1 200 MW ultra-supercritical boiler were discussed. The selection of large-capacity cross-sections and the change of material caused by high parameters were studied in this paper. The results show that for the 1 200 MW tower boiler, the design and manufacturing technologies are both proven and reliable.
