在贵州黔南布依族苗族自治州普查异常Hb时,于一苗族家系中发现一种慢速异常Hb,醋纤薄膜电泳(pH8.6)位置相当于HbG,肽链解离电泳证明为α链异常,结构分析证明为α链77位脯氨酸被精氨酸取代。这种类型的异常Hb迄今未见文献报道,按其发现地命名为Hb贵州。 先证者吴某,女,47岁,苗族。Hb10g%,网织红细胞1%,RBC450万,异常Hb25%,异丙醇、包涵体及热不稳定试验皆阴性。先证者母及3个子女均携带同种异常Hb。按前法分离
