在对我市3－5岁幼儿进行人托体检过程中，我们发现体检幼儿HBsAg阳性检出率有上升趋势，故对1996～1997两年中体检的幼儿进行了跟踪调查，现将调查结果总结如下。1对象及方法将1996～1997两年中全部体检幼儿均作为调查对象，所有体检幼儿父母均填写幼儿托护情况及肝炎知识调查
