为提高雷达跟踪精度,防止因伺服系统的噪声而引起雷达天线座的谐振,有必要对该结构进行动力分析。本文采用对接加载动态子结构法对雷达天线座进行动力分析,将整结构处理为空间梁、板组合结构的有限元模型,然后将它划分为三个子结构,利用精确的动力缩聚法,结合位移及力双协调条件,将所有子结构的动力影响集中到一个主体子结构上,最后归结为解一非线性特征问题,采用文[1]所提出的改进解法,计算出结构前四阶固有频率及振型,为了验证计算结果,本文应用ITD法进行模态参数识别,并进行电脉冲响应的FFT谱分析,又对其运行信号进行时序分析,实验分析的结果与理论计算基本一致。
In order to improve the radar tracking accuracy and prevent the resonance of the radar antenna base due to the noise of the servo system, it is necessary to perform dynamic analysis on the structure. In this paper, the dynamic substructure method of docking loading is used to analyze the dynamics of the radar antenna seat. The whole structure is treated as a finite element model of spatial beam and plate composite structure. Then it is divided into three sub-structures. The precise dynamic condensation method is used in combination with the displacement. With the dual-coordination condition, the dynamic influences of all substructures are concentrated on one subject substructure, and finally it is resolved to solve a non-linear characteristic problem. Using the improved solution proposed in [1], the first four natural frequencies of the structure are calculated. In order to verify the calculation results, this paper applies ITD method to identify modal parameters, and performs FFT spectral analysis of the electrical impulse response, and carries out time series analysis of its operation signal. The experimental analysis results are basically consistent with theoretical calculations.
