泰山何首乌,又名山东何首乌、白首乌、戟叶牛皮消,在植物分类学上属于萝攀科牛皮消属。为名贵中药,主治身体虚弱,健忘多梦,失眠,皮肤搔庠等多种疾病。主要分布在山东至辽宁的阴湿山地,为多年生草质滕本,茎右旋缠绕,全株具白色乳汁,老茎紫黑色,较细弱（直径约０３ｃｍ）,新茎绿 Taishan Polygonum multiflorum, also known as Radix Polygoni multiflori, Baishouwu, and Coixenopsis sinensis, belong to the genus Oleaceae in the plant taxonomy. It is a rare Chinese medicine that treats various diseases such as physical weakness, forgetfulness, dreaminess, insomnia, and skin spasms. Mainly distributed in the wet and dry mountainous areas from Shandong to Liaoning. It is a perennial herbaceous transpiration, stems are dextrorotatory, the whole plant has white milk, the old stems are dark-black, thin (about 03cm in diameter), and new stems are green.
