改革开放以来,中国的社会主体日益多元化,同时城乡、地区、群体之间的不平等程度不断加深,在形成一种结构性的张力的同时,民众的社会需求和心态也在逐渐发生变化,不满情绪蔓延,社会问题逐渐增多,社会管理的需求凸显。着力改善民生,加强社会建设,创新社会管理,全面提升国民的幸福水平,已成为政府和社会的共同选择。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s social subjects have been increasingly diversified. At the same time, the degree of inequality between urban and rural areas, regions and groups has been deepening.
