采用盆栽法 ,在苗期干旱胁迫下 ,测定不同草坪草及品种的相对含水量、相对生长率、游离脯氨酸含量及细胞膜相对透性等指标 ,以期综合评价 8个草坪草品种的抗旱性能 ,结果表明 :供试材料在苗期处于干旱胁迫下 ,叶片相对含水量、植株相对生长率均趋下降 ,相对电导率与游离脯氨酸的含量则有所增加 ,在灌水后均有程度不同的恢复。综合分析结果 ,可将 8个品种分成 3个耐旱级别 :1级 (相对耐旱 ) :菲尔金、瓦巴斯和宝丽丝 ;2级 (中等耐旱 ) :纳苏、阿吉尔和阿丽尼 ;3级 (相对敏感 ) :A/ SL和德比。
