以往的资料显示 ,胰岛移植治疗糖尿病 (ＤＭ )中 ,只有 8%的病人在 1ａ内不需外源胰岛素。本研究采用无糖皮质激素的免疫抑制剂行胰岛移植 ,在7例 1型ＤＭ中获得成功 ,这些病人在不需外源胰岛素情况下维持血糖和糖化血红蛋白Ａｌｃ(ＨｂＡｌｃ)正常平均达 11 9月。对象与方法
Previous data showed that only 8% of islets in pancreatic islet transplantation for diabetes mellitus (DM) do not require exogenous insulin in 1a. This study used glucocorticoid-free immunosuppressive agents for islet transplantation and was successful in 7 patients with type 1 DM who maintained their normal glucose and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) normal levels for 11-9 months without exogenous insulin .
