于270~370℃对常规铸造和搅动铸造的Zn—20%Al合金的挤压加工特性进行了试验对比.结果表明,采用搅动铸造制得的坯料进行挤压时,挤压抗力较低,挤压品质量完好;而常规铸造坯料的挤压抗力较高,且在低于共析温度时,挤压品内部产生开裂。因此,搅动铸造锭在后继的加工过程中有其优越性。
