用常规方法对光倒剌 (Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima)肌肉营养成分进行分析 ,结果表明 :光倒剌肌肉 (鲜样 )中粗蛋白含量 2 0 .6 0 % ,粗脂肪含量 3.0 3% ,粗灰分含量 0 .59%。干物质中氨基酸总量 6 5.0 5% ,必需氨基酸含量 2 6 .6 5%。初步认为光倒剌是营养价值较高的优质淡水鱼类 ,具有较高的开发利用价值。
The nutrients of muscle in Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima were analyzed by the conventional method. The results showed that the crude protein content was 2.06%, the crude fat content was 3.03% Ash content of 0.59%. The total amino acid content in dry matter was 6 5.05%, and the essential amino acid content was 26.65%. It is preliminarily believed that the light-pouring assortment is a kind of high-quality freshwater fish with high nutritive value, which has a high development and utilization value.
