胃节律紊乱综合征(Gastric Dysrythmia Syndrome,简称GDS)临床并不罕见,但国内至今未见详细报道。笔者对近几年来收集的132例GDS患者胃电变化作回顾分析,发现其胃电活动有特征性改变,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:132例GDS患者,男46例,女86例,男女之比为1:1.9,年龄18～56岁,平均30岁,均按1983年2月28日安徽省鉴定会通过的胃电图参考诊断标准,并结合纤维胃镜及腹部B超检查确诊。其中32例为单纯性GDS,100例为混合性
