对103名患Hib疾病的儿童和相应对照组研究的结果发现,Hib疾病与HLA-A、-B、-C、-DR、Gm(免疫球蛋白γ重链基因)、Km(免疫球蛋白κ轻链基因)、Am(免疫球蛋白α重链基因),红细胞抗原
It has been suggested that human beings may be genetically susceptible to diseases caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib). The Alaskan Alaska Eskimos are at high risk for Hib disease, and this race is more purely lineage. This article chose this ethnic group to study the association of 35 genetic markers (alleles or atypia) at 12 chromosomal loci with Hib disease susceptibility and Hib anti-membrane antibody production. The study of 103 children with Hib disease and the corresponding control group found that Hib disease was associated with HLA-A, -B, -C, -DR, Gm (immunoglobulin gamma heavy chain gene), Km (immunoglobulin κ Light chain gene), Am (immunoglobulin α heavy chain gene), erythrocyte antigen
