On December 13, 2012, Changchun, a northern country clad in silver, ushered in the national experts and scholars in the field of acrobatics. They gathered together and opened the prelude to the Fifth Northeast Tribal Acrobatics Forum. This forum is sponsored by China Acrobats Association, Heilongjiang Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Jilin Province Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Liaoning Provincial Literary Federation and Jilin Acrobatics Association. The opening ceremony of the forum was chaired by Zhang Chengxiang, member of the Jilin Provincial Federation of Literary Federation party group and vice chairman. Yin Aiqun, secretary and vice chairman of Jilin Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, delivered a welcoming address and delivered speeches by Xu Yunpeng, vice minister of Propaganda Department of Jilin Provincial CPC Committee.
