近年来,受世界经济不景气的影响,全球并购交易陷于低迷状态,而中国企业间的并购活动日益频繁。过去5年内中国企业并购交易额以每年70％的速度增长,中国正在成为亚太地区并购交易活跃的国家。
In recent years, due to the global economic downturn, global M&A transactions have fallen into a sluggish state, and mergers and acquisitions among Chinese companies have become increasingly frequent. In the past five years, China’s M&A transaction volume has grown at a rate of 70% per year, and China is becoming an active country in M&A transactions in the Asia Pacific region.
